first booting
Once everything is put together and ready to go do I turn on the computer and put the OS disk in the drive? I was reading the guide and it said something about a system disk. Kinda confused me.

I would first go into bios and make sure everything is recognized.
Set the boot order to cd/dvd first, then hard drive. Then restart with the OS disk in, and that should walk you through the rest of the setup. After that's installed, you will have to install all the drivers.
