I wouldn't touch a Ultra PSU if you paid me. The only thing dependable on them is that they will fail.

If you want modular cabeling look at the corsair 620hx.

What is your budget?

Do you need an O.S? If so get this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16832116488

otherwise the list looks fine to me apart from the Ultra PSU as mentioned above.

Stay aay from the Ultra PSU's. Have you checked the prices on Newegg? Chances are you can save some money there and get reliable service also.
I don't know about XFX nForce MOBO's.
Change the Seagate HDD to a Western Didital. Seagate's are experiencing some problems.

I am not familiar with XFX boards, but for a few more dollars at the egg you can get a phenom 2. Also why the DDR2 800? with the phenom you can run DDR2 1066 and the prices are about the same.

So this will be a bit more expensive but more up to date,

MOBO M4A78T-E $140
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131366

I would wait for the phenom 910 to be released but heres the 810 $200
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103650

RAM hyperX- $90
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820104014

This is the PSU I use. both are about $100 after rebate,
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817703009

heres a similar one with a free DVD burner.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817703019

You dont list other items like an OS, keyboard, monitor, etc. so I would suggest that you put in a 4870 GPU. $255 after MIR.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121291

this is about $800 roughly without shipping and after rebates.

on the specs of that board, it says it only goes up to 1600 O.C, so heres 1600MHZ ram:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146872 $49.99 2GB

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146873 $89.99 4GB

Unless newegg's wrong.

Let me check asus, nope neweggs correct
