Pretty good start.

Definitely switch the power supply. Sunbeams are poor quality. Check out Corsair brand units, or something else from our Good list here: What Power Supply should I get? How many Watts? Who made it? Guide Inside

Also, Seagate has some quality control issues, we've been recommended Western Digital these days.

Something about the links end up resulting in "Discontinued product" portion of the site.
Looking at it first glance though, the case seems to be able to support ATX types, making it a odd choice to choose a Micro ATX mobo. If you were willing to change to a full ATX mobo, you could get the Sapphire HD4830 vcard which seems to be the exact same price (After rebate, with current sale going on) and most likely performs better.

The internal hard-drive seems rather small in size, but this is preference.

You can find AR deals on 4gig memory (2x2) usually for around ~$20, so if you're willing to wait, you could end up with a better deal.

Just my 2 cents.

This processor is a bit better for less money...

Mobo is a good choice. I prefer the 790 chipset. Also, the mobo you picked out is a micro ATX, which will work, just letting you know incase you didn't notice...If you want the a 790 series board this one looks good....

Little more cash, but if you plan to upgrade the processor in the future to a Phenom II this is play a little nicer with it. Otherwise good stuff...

I really like this build, I think you did a great job in picking out your components the power supply recommendation is a good one, that was the only thing that caught my attention. Nice build, go for it. A power supply is always the target of cost cutting and it really should be the first thought. Think of your power supply as your heart, if it stops, your dead! anyway nice budget build... enjoy
