Installed Video card to PCIEX_16 and connected video monitor cable, one (1) Mem stick to Yellow DDR DIMM A1, and connected 24 pin EATXPWR and 8 PIN 12V. I have three posts on the PWR do I short Do I place screw driver across all three? Am I ready for lift off?

Check to see if the video card needs a power connection from the PSU. Check to make sure that the CPU heatsink is fully latched in all 4 corners. If the CPU heatsink feels a bit wobbley, then it may not be fully locked. After that, try a power up. If it shows a POST, then it should say something like "No Boot Device Detected", this is normal with no drives connected. If you get this far, start adding drives and stuff. Then your ready for loading the OS/motherboard SW/device SW/etc.
