First build, input please

Hey guys here are the components of the pc I want to put together. I am only unsure of three components: the power supply (wattage needed), video card (since I am not a gamer), and RAM (4G of DDR2 800 vs 1066 vs 1100). Just to make a note I am not a gamer at all, just like to have very fast processing, fast video stream, and be able to have many programs open while working with no lag. I already have a hard drive that is 250 gigs and will probably not add another internal on to because I have a 320g external. Thanks for your help feel free to input.

ddr2-800 is perfect for the ram. Any higher than that is more for overclocking.
