I am not sure about the power supply
I would change the hard drive for sure http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148262 you can get cheaper memory if you go with ddr2 800 but if your overclocking, then you are on the right track but I have not had good luck with that brand. I would go with a liteon or lg dvd drive sata you can overclock that cpu in that motherboard. the board comes with a decent oc utility asrock oc tuner and hybrid booster |

I would not use a 945GC board - I'd use an Asus P5KPL-CM. Higher quality manufacturer and more up to date chipset. Be careful of real bargain memory - I'd get something a bit better known than Wintec.
Topower power supplies are not good. Which exact processor? Need the model, starts with an E. |

I just built a pc with the P5KPL-CM. Very good board. I have it paired with an E5200 overclocked to 3.2GHz. Check this thread:
"New" build - Asus P5KPL-CM and E5200 I would go with this memory: Corsair XMS2 2x2GB DDR2800 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145184 and this power supply: Antec Neo Power 430W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817103939 I would also change out your DVD-ROM for a DVD-RW: Asus 22x DVD-RW http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827135187

If our suggested improved parts put you over budget, get a E5200 processor.
