Case Question

I am putting together a new computer built around a Core 2 Duo processor. I have a case that had a P4 2.8 processor and a fan located over the proc. The case always seemed to blow cool air. Can I use this case for the new processor?

yes you can, as long as its a standard atx case.

I belive that the atx standard is fine with any set-up.

what all you may want to install into the case is only dependent on whather its a micro atx, mid tower or a full tower, but they are all the standard atx format.

another thing to look for is the cooling fans and the front ports you may want.

If the case is for a name brand computer (HP, Dell, etc.), most likely not.

The "fan located over the processor" sounds like a Dell.
