Need help choosing a PSU
Okay, it's been a while since I've upgraded, but seeings how the newer games won't play on my PC, it's time to build a new one.
This is what I am going to use: AMD Phenom II X3 720 Gigabyte- GA-MA790X-UD4P Maxtor 120 GB harddrive Maxtor 120 GB harddrive DDR2 1066 2x2GB (not sure what kind yet) ATI HD 4350 512MB PCI-E video card My questions are: Should I get a PSU with 2 PCI-E connections? How many watts? What brand is considered good? Thanks for your help. |

If you are haven't gotten the parts yet and are looking at playing newer games, I would strongly suggest getting a better video card; that video card is mostly for light stuff like videos, older games and aero (vista).

Jim, please check your email. I need to merge your 2 accounts. I asked you not to create a new one, we would fix your original one.
