No need for the cpu cooler unless you plan on over clocking. The retail processor comes with a stock heatsink.
Unless overclocking, you can drop the ram down to ddr2-800 and save some money. Rest looks good. Might want to look at the e8500 instead. Might be a better deal, might not. Oh yeah, that psu is overkill. You can get a different one for less money. A Corsair 650 would be good, and provide room to upgrade. If you still want more watttage, i think thye have a good deal on the 750, and that would be cheaper than the psu you picked.
