New Build for a Newbie
I'm relatively new to the site but have been reading. All the info has been great. With what I have read I have put together below, looking for comments/suggestions. Budget is the $1500 range which is about where this is right now. I do some gaming and some multi-tasking for work, but no video encoding or anything like that. I would like to run dual monitors. Thanks in Advance for the help.

Looks like a pretty good list. I would go with Vista Premium 64-bit instead of Ultimate as it pretty much does the same thing and costs less. You'll only need something like the Zalman fan only if you are overclocking. Have never heard of ENCORE wireless equipment, I wouldn't bother with Wireless N yet as it still seems to be having problems (if you need good range, look for something with rangebooster and long antenna) go with something from Cisco, D-Link or Linksys, something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16833127075

20" widescreen monitors are disappointingly narrow. Spend just a few dollars more and go with a 22".
If that's the only system that you will be running then you won't need a router. Use what you save on that towards larger monitors.
