It looks ok but the power supply. I would go with this one instead

Why are you wasting your money on a full sized motherboard, a $200 case, a $170 processor, DDR2-1066 ram, and a video card to run a WHS? That power supply is MAJOR overkill. You really should have asked for advice BEFORE you ordered the parts - what's the point in asking now after the fact?

What do I think? I think you just wasted over $500 for nothing. Send the video card back and get a HD4870 and build it as a gaming workstation, because that's exactly what you just bought.

EDIT: You need a hard drive..................

I didnt think Servers needed powerful parts, which glc is apparently confirming. Although, the title does say that its an over-the-top server. Im just not sure what the point of an over-the-top server is. It is strange to get an opinion on your parts after you bought them.

I apologize for being so harsh, but I don't think you have any concept of exactly what a WHS is and what it does. Your parts list, other than the video card, struck me as an excellent gaming build.

What a WHS needs is large, fast hard drives and fast data transfer between those drives and the network - NOTHING more. Generally, they are built with something like a G31 board with onboard video and GigE. 4 gigs of ram is a plus, but it can be plain old DDR2-667 or DDR2-800. All it needs for a processor is something like a E5200. A quality 350 watt power supply is all that something like that needs, and it can all go into a plain jane case. A faster processor, faster ram, high end power supply, ANY video card, NONE of those things will make any difference. The limiting factor is the hard drive speed. Even those low end components can pass the data as fast as a hard drive can handle it.
