Suggestions Plz
I am close to winding up the component search for my first build budget gaming rig for playing mmorpg's (swg etc.). Just need some recommendations on a case and RAM type.
Ive decided on the Intel E5200 + GIGABYTE GA-G31M-ES2L (allows for decent oc'ing, shooting for at least 3.0ghz) Ive read that 1066mhz RAM is best option for this setup for oc'ing, but not sure on how much RAM I need. Is 2gb enough or should I go ahead and fill the mobo up with 4gb's? Also wondering is I could get away with anything less than a 500gb hard drive especially since the Western Digital Caviar Black 500gb has gone back up in price today on Newegg. Which case would you suggest for this build? 1 Fan or 2? Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated Thanks! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Intel Pentium E5200 Wolfdale GIGABYTE GA-G31M-ES2L Thermaltake Purepower 500W ATX 12V 2.0 Sapphire Radeon HD 4830 512MB 256-bit RAM ??? Western Digital Caviar Black 500gb (price change pending) LG 22X DVD±R DVD Burner Black Case ??? |
