I prefer intel, serious gamer, budget is ~$500, first build, never overclocked before (might)

Good hardware for the money. That CPU is a screamer, will game supreme. The motherboard is quality but if you can spend a little more I would advise you to go with a P45 chipset.

both of those will fit in the Antec case you chose.
Overclocking is a bad idea.
