Im looking to get the EVGA 9800 GTX for my new build. It requires a minimum of 24A on the +12v. Does that mean 24A per rail, or all +12v rails added together? I have 18A and 18A on my 650w.

650W of Quality Power Supply is more than enough to handle a 9800GTX
