$1500 is a lot of money for what you are describing. The G31 chipset is obsolete, for this kind of money you can built a high end computer with much better components. Where are you shopping for these parts?
You can swap out the E8400 for a Q9550, the Gigabyte Board for an Asus P5Q Pro the Nvidia 9800 GTX (heat monster) for a Sapphire 4870 1GB Video Card
Asus 22" LCD monitor instead of the Acer
The other components in your list are excellent.
Check out www.newegg.com

Now you are talking! The difference in the price is so minimal between the DVD burner and the reader I would go with 2 Burners. Other than that, your system will own!

Ok thanks. I just ordered everything and changed the driver to another burner. Is there any accessories that you might suggest that will go good with my system.

I have these on my main gaming system. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16836121012
Other than that it is what you like, laser mouse, keyboard and such.

From Khalil, this is a very high complement. This guy is a hardcore AMD fan, and if he approves of an Intel system, you chose very well!
