Quick question...
Picking out different parts, and I was wondering, would I need a full size tower or would a mid size tower fit this mobo good?

They should fit because they are both ATX form factor.

It should handle the ATX motherboard okay.

Ok, awesome, thank you guys very much for the replies... Also, I'm thinking about buying OEM version of Windows Vista Home Premium... There should be no problem with that right? Normal Windows Vista without all the fancy instructions and case it comes with right?

Yes, OEM is fine.
As for the case, check the specs for the actual size. "mid-tower" sizes can vary from almost small form factor to almost full tower.
