Looks fine in terms of compatibiity, what will the computer be used for? If it's not for gaming, you might as well get a 790gx or 780g based motherboard with integrated graphics, otherwise I would take a look at a better video card, the HD4850 1GB is a big improvement over the hd4670 and is on sale for $110. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102837
