building/upgrading my pc

good day, my motherboard got burnt and i am planning on building a new system with some of my old components but do not want to spend alot of money. I want the option of upgrading in the future by adding a video card. I already have two hard drives, which are ide.

i was thinking of buying this motherboard combo.

however i think i will be needing a new power supply a new dvd/cd burner and 2 1g ram chips

can someone point me in the right direction. thanks

Go with 2 x 2GB DDR2 memory, Ram is cheap right now.
