New build

Just prepping to put together a new machine, would like a little input as to whether it's any good or recommendations for alternative parts. I'm in the UK, so please bear that in mind. Budget is around £700-800.

Going for an AM3-based AMD/ATI build. Have shopped around a bit for prices, just linking from ebuyer for convenience. Prices may not match Ebuyer's listed.

CPU
AMD Phenom II X3 720 2.8GHz Socket AM3 6MB L3 Cache Retail Boxed Processor - £116.03

Totalling approximately £690.

I'll probably add a couple of fans, a controller and maybe some other little extras. USB card for extra ports, you know.

Everything look good? Should I change anything? I'll be using my old peripherals for the time being. Windows 7 RC or my copy of WinXP as the OS.

I'm just used to splitting my data across multiple drives.

Need some RAM recommendations as they've sold out of what I'd chosen.
