Welcome to PCMech.

Your list is ok except for the power supply. That is going to be a piece of junk. I'd recommend replacing it with a PSU from a quality brand like Corsair.

Hopefully it won't blow up and take all the other hardware out with it.

Tip #1, get a decent powersupply. You may get lucky, but bad powersupplies tend to take out expensive parts when they die. Quality units are much more stable, and worst case scenario they die gracefully. PSU recommendations: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=131195

Tip #2: First time build procedures: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=168456

Doing it outside the case first allows you to troubleshoot things much more easily.

I would replace that hard drive with a WD Caviar Black.

Buy a case without a power supply and get a 500 watt or higher Corsair power supply. That video card requires 500 watts and 36 amps on the +12v rails.
