Help with a build

I am looking to build me a PC.

My budget would be 500.00 or under if possible.

I do not need following

hard drives
optical drives
wireless network card
video card-Have pci express one
Monitor
Keyboard
Mouse

Here is what I do.

Surfing the net
Ocassional Downloading
Use office products quiet a bit
Some very non intense graphic games.

I would like to get all my parts from

www.frys.com

www.microcenter.com

Do you prefer Intel or AMD? If you want AMD here is what I recommend.

What kind of video card you got? That will determine what power supply we recommend.
Someone else can give you an Intel recomendation. If not I will later.

Video card is an ATI all in wonder HD

Khalil, his video card requires 400 watts. Maybe an Antec EA430, it's about 55 bucks right now.

You are not going to get a good selection of components or good pricing at Fry's or Microcenter.
