New Gaming Computer

So, im not sure whether this is the right place to post this topic, but, here-a-goes.

So, with a ton of new great games coming out in 2009 (Call of Duty 6, Bad Company 2, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat, etc.) I think it is finally time to get a new computer.

Currently, I have an AMD Athlon 3500+, 8600 GTS, and 2 GB of ram, on Windows XP Media Center.

I really like this one, but its Vista, is there a way i can find it in XP version?

If not, here is what i am looking for.

I'm looking for the cheapest computer that can meet my needs.
I'm looking for a nice, black computer, an i7 core, a GTX 260 or better, A good amount of fast RAM, a media reader built into the case that can take USB's, SD cards, etc., and that's about it, no monitor is needed, oh, and I would also like it to come with windows XP (professional is preferred.)

Obviously it would need a sound card, a processor, and power supply, but that is standard, and i dont really have a preference on any of it.

Cheapest and i7 don't go hand in hand. You don't need an i7 to game, gaming relies mostly on the video card.
An Intel E8400 or an AMD Phenom II 940 is all you need to own any game out there with an ATI 4890 video card. Forget Vista, download and install windows 7.

At this point a computer with a Phenom II X4 940 and a HD4870 1GB (the HD4890 only has marginally higher performance and costs $50 more than the Hd4870) provides a lot of bang for the buck and has enough power to run most games and apps well. I would try the onboard sound from the motherboard before getting a sound card as most integrated sound is pretty good and a good sound card is pretty expensive. Here is a list of parts that should provide a good amount of performance and not cost too much:
