Great CPU and motherboard choice. I would go with 1x 4890 instead of 2x 4870s and the PSU is not bad but a Corsair or Sea Sonic would serve you a lot better.
56K modem? I hope you are not planing to online game with dialup.

I think a 850W Corsair PSU is overkill for a single 4890. You could easily get by with a 520W (Modular) (54A total on 12V Rails) or 750W (60A 12V Rail). I can't find the minimum amps required for a 4890 on a manufacturer website, but I am pretty sure it is under 40A.
Also, be sure to read the reviews for various TV Tuner Cards and get one that people review well. I got a cheap one (this card) and although it works, it has some annoying quirks and the software it runs on isn't as stable as I would like. For example, recently when I had a 1 hour recording scheduled, the software encountered an error and continued recording until I ran out of hard drive space, leaving me with a 36GB HDTV file. Also, sometimes the software fails to start a recording that is scheduled or it gets stuck on a single channel and I have to restart my PC to get the full range of channels to work correctly. However, it did successfully record scheduled shows for 10 days straight without any problems, so it isn't completely unstable...just unstable enough to be a nuisance. The bottom line is that you want a TV Tuner that is rock solid, especially if you plan to set it to record while you are not at the PC.

If you are going with DDR2 ram, the Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition offers better value with similar performance and the possibility to overclock: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103471
