Does my new PSU have enough power?

Recently, my PSU broke. I replaced it with this:
seasonic 430 Watt SS-430hb
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817151044

Is that power supply enough to support all of my compenents? I was previously using this power supply
600 watt OCZ StealthXstream.

Here are my specs:

Mobo
Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R

CPU
Q6600 2.4 Ghz Quad Core CPU G0 Stepping

Video card
EVGA 9600 GT

TV Tuner
Hauppauge WinTV-PVR 500 (dual analog tuner)

HDD
4 x Maxtor Daimond Max 500 GB 7200 RPM Hard Drives
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822144450

RAM
2 x 2GB G.Skill DDR2 800 RAM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231111

I have the following devices plugged into the I/O Panel.
USB wireless mouse
USB wireless keyboard
USB RF receiver
Audio out (goes to TV)
I occassionally plug in a xbox 360 wireless adapter to play video games, but this is usually not attached.

Also, If I want to upgrade my video card to something like a HD 4890, will I need to upgrade the power supply?

Let me know if you need any more information. Thanks in advance.

A 4890 requires 500+ W, so yes, you'd need to upgrade your PSU for that.
