Masaki dude, you still recommending Gigabyte to folks? Whats up with your sig man? It is like a Journal
![]() Crown Clown, stick to Asus motherboards and save your self the hassle in case anything goes wrong later. Also if you go with Intel I highly recommend for the kind of money you looking to spend you go with a Q9xxx. Finally, Sapphire makes great video cards but they don't have direct customer support, you are only covered by Newegg for the first 30 days after that you are on your own. I suggest going with an Asus or a Diamond just in the event you ever need support. That power supply Masaki suggested is nice but over kill for a single ATI card, all you need is a 550W |

For a gaming PC, a E8500. If you must have a quad, a Q9550.
You are going to HAVE to replace that mobo - a socket 775 processor will not fit in a socket 1366 board. Get one of the Asus P5Q series boards. |

I like the P5Q Pro Turbo from Asus I use them with the large cards. For a CPU if you can get the Q9300 that will work well. but for that kind of money you should be able to swing a Q9550 but if a Quad Core is not essential as in you only want to game consider an E8500

Why would you want SLI? are you going to buy 2 top end Nvidia cards that are identical?
