Drivers
I was thinking about building my own computer, but I was wondering if there would be any drivers that I would have to install. Because when I reinstall the OS on my dell machine it has me install a bunch of drivers in order for everything to work normal.

Yes. Your motherboard will come with a CD full of drivers that you need to install. It is a painless process though. You'll also need to install a driver for your video card; that will also come on a CD.
