Problem on 1st build after power outage

My new build worked perfectly til our power went out one day. Now it won't start. The mobo led was blinking so after some research I replaced the PSU. Then the led stays on steady but still won't start. Next I replaced the mobo, still nothing. Then I put a new PCU in the new mobo and still nothing. I disconnected HD and cd rom, 1 stick of mem, and jumped the power switch term on the mobo. Still nothing. Any ideas anyone?
My system:

Wow, that's interesting. I'm not the queen of everything techy, but if you've replaced both the psu and the mobo, the only thing I can think that would be the problem would be the CPU it's self; if you just transferred it from the old mobo to the new one.

Maybe the HDD? But even if the HDD was fried you should still be able to get something on boot.

I feel sooo stupid

I brought my other rig home from the office (exactly the same except no vid card) to swap mobo into to narrow it down. Low and behold after a close look at the connections, I had the pwr button and led switched around on it. Now it works fine. It was just the PSU and I now have spare mobo & PCU. wheeew.
