Wrong processor and memory for that motherboard. You need an AM3 Processor like the AMD 810, 945 and 955
Great video card brand but an Asus ATI 4870 will perform substantially better. The power supply is garbage, you want, Sea Sonic, Antec, FSP or Corsair.

How about this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128387
Its an AM2

with: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820148262
Crusial Memory 4Gig (2x2g)

and the same processor.

and switched the PS to: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371004

I updated my list on the OP.

Does everything work with each other? Would I be good to go?

Everything except the processor and memory look good. The memory is not compatible with the motherboard (the motherboard only supports DDR2) and crucial isn't that good of a memory company. Here is a better set of ram for the motherboard that costs less: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231166.

I would also stay away from the original phenom processors, they are very slow compared to the phenom II processors. A phenom II triple core would be a better choice since it's faster even considering that it has one less core: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103649 (you also don't need an additional heatsink with this processor as the one it comes with is pretty good and has heatpipes).

I switch out the GFX card for this one:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150351

XFX HD-485X-ZDFC Radeon HD 4850 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card

and memory for this one:
OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2P10664GK - Retail

You think the triple core is still better?

I politely disagree. Basic Crucial memory is awesome, but the Ballistix line isnt very good. I use the normal Crucial memory in every build I do, and havent had a single failure yet.

I used to use Crucial branded value memory quite a bit for DDR1 (last time was about 2 years ago) builds and I had some of the ram sticks failed memtest and occasionally resulted in BSODs. Haven't used Crucial branded memory since, so perhaps the quality has improved. My friends and I mostly use mushkin, patriot and kingston for value memory and mushkin and ocz for performance memory, and so far haven't had any problems with them.

These are the sort of comments that make you look bad Masaki. Crucial is top notch, they had issues with Balistix but they are one of the best out there. I use Crucial and Kingston exclusively and I build a ton more machines than you do and I rarely ever have issues with Crucial.

How can you say that crucial is top notch when you just admitted that they've had issues with the Ballistix series (which is their high end memory), aren't you contradicting yourself. I also didn't say that Crucial isn't a good memory brand, I just said they aren't that good, there are many brands which are better. While you may have built more computers than I have, I have many more sources of information regarding computer products than just my actual experience.

Here we go again I am not going to have an argument with you over this. Go back and read what you said. You said "Crucial isn't that good of a company"
I am done here.

I would HIGHLY reccomend going with and Asus Motherboard and video card, from my understanding XFX is a horrible brand with bad customer support, and Gygabite is a good board, but with bad customer support. Also, its not necessary, but you might want to consider a WD caviar Black.
