Computer freezes when cold

I recently built this computer

Western Digital Caviar Blue WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - OEM

SAPPHIRE 100256HDMI Radeon HD 4670 1GB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail

ASUS Rampage Extreme LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

CORSAIR CMPSU-550VX 550W ATX12V V2.2 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power ... - Retail

Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 Wolfdale 3.16GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80570E8500 - Retail

CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TW3X4G1333C9 - Retail

The computer runs great but will freeze after start up. When it happens it usually will do it a few times and then will be fine. It only seems to do it when the computer is cold and goes away once it is warmed up.

The last time it froze some of the info I got was

CPU 40 degrees Cel
Power 33 degrees Cel
SB 48 degrees Cel
NB 49 degrees Cel
CPUPLL 1.51 V
VTTCPU 1.20 V
Vcore 1.17V
DPR 1.60 V

Those are not cold temps by any means, the problem is not related to cold. This is a common problem with X48 chipsets, call Asus Support.
