Question How does this look, all work together?

This is my third computer build since around 03'. I was referred here by a local friend of mine who also is into the hobby of computers. I've been reading a lot and researching a ton over the past month, and now I'm just about ready to order. I was wondering if you guys could just look over these parts and make sure they'll all work together, just incase I overlooked something.

Thanks.

MOBO- MSI P55-GD80

I was going to go with the ASUS Maximus III Formula, but the MSI has more features, and I've used MSI boards in the past with no problems.

CPU- Intel i7-860

I was going to go with the i5, but I figure spend the $80 more and get Hyperthreading, since I had it in the budget.

Heatsink- Zalman CNPS10X Extreme

I do plan to OC, so I wanted a nice aftermarket cooler.

RAM- Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1333 4GB (2x2)

GPU- Sapphire Radeon HD 5850

HDD- Western Digital Black 500GB/7200RPM/32MB Cache

PSU- Antec TruePower Blue 750W

I've had no problems with my Antec's in the past 5-6 years.

CASE- CoolerMaster Storm Sniper Black

I'll also be buying Vista 64, DVD Burner (I have a PS3 to play BluRays, and I don't need a burner yet), Internal Card Reader, keyboard, mouse, and monitor of my choice. Thanks for the confirmation and help, much appreciated.
