HTPC Build, What do you think?

Hi all. I am building a small HTPC to use with my 32" LCD. Right now I have the following:

Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L Motherboard
Intel E7600 3.06 1066 FSB
Gigaybyte 9500GT 512Mb VC PCI-E
Cooler Master Elite 360 case
Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 500 watt
Dlink DWA 556 Wireless N card

Crucial Ram when available.
Possibly a BD Rom/ DVD burner SATA
SATA 3gbs HD Possibly WD Black series

Already have a Creative Audigy SC. May or May not use.

Thanks

You don't need a video card for a HTPC - just use a HDMI motherboard. That way, you will only need a 300 watt PSU.
