How do I get rid of the device listing screen on startup?
I have built a new desktop computer. I am using a Gigabyte motherboard. My OS is MS Professional x65 Edition. When I start up the computer I get the device listing screen. Is there any way I can get rid of screen and go directly into the logon screen? Please help. |

Guessing you're talking about the CMOS screen at the very begining when you turn your pc on...Look in the BIOS of an option to Quick/Fat Bootup. If you have the option you're good to go...

Another option to look at in the bios is Show Fullscreen Logo. That will hide it, but it won't boot any faster.

Your computer has to do certain things in specific orders in order to get to your desktop screen. Its showing you what it is doing. There are a few ways of speeding this process up, such as unchecking things in your startup folder. Hiding things though will not speed up the very basic processes that it must go through.
