M2N-SLI deluxe replacement?

Hello forum guys, well it's been three years since I built my Rig but the MOBO has finally gone south.

I am look ing for recommendations on the best replacement for my ASUS M2N-SLI deluxe mobo. IT was great, but alas is discontinued.

I have a AMD 64-FX62 processor with an AM2 socket. 4Gb of 800hz RAM and a NVidia 8800gtx video card. 2 SATA 3gb raid drives and the usual combo drive, etc.

I only run with a pair of speakers so I dont need any fancy audio.

Looking for another ASUS board most likely...and I am wondering what kinda of problems will I run into upon installing, specifically will the new mobo see my HD's without a new driver?

any and all help is much appreciated....

think I might go with this:

ASUS M3N-HT Deluxe/HDMI AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA nForce 780a SLI HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail 124.99

probably more mobo than I need but it wont hurt to upgrade a little, and I believe my liguid-cooling heatsink will fit properly.. I dont really want to replace that it was hard to find...
