I use Domino A.L.C. Cool IT and it is a sealed unit you never have to add liquid to it.
They are good units, I have had to send back 2 out of the 30 or so I have used so far because of leaks however you are not going to get much more than -5-7C temp change with these compared to stock HSF. I personally think they are a waste of money but customers want liquid cooling so I install it for them.

If you want major changes in CPU and GPU temps then you need to spend some serious money....like hundreds of dollars for real radiators, real liquid heatsinks and real pumps. I no longer think liquid cooling it is worth it. I had a reservoir leak a few months ago and removed my liquid heatsink for my CPU. I bought this fan to replace it and have never looked back. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118019 BTW, this HSF kicks ass and is pretty much as good as my old Dangerden liquid heatsink.

Then buy an Alienware, and extend your warranty.
