im an OC-er so i was wondering which would work well with what i plan. keep in mind that this is a full tower and i plan to use water cooling and have not decided what to pick for watercooling which would be nice too to have a recommendation for.

also please keep in mind that i prefer higher amounts PCI-E ports.

From what I've seen in this forum, people don't like to suggest the X58 chipset but rather prefered something more around a P55. You also might wanna look at some memory to go with that lol.

If you plan on overclocking and liquid cooling, stick with the X58 and deal with the quirks. The P55 boards have a socket issue that can cause problems with anything more than casual overclocking.

Get the Asus. Buy triple channel ram, and make sure it's on the QVL.

If you are going to SLI a couple 295's, buy only a certified power supply. There are VERY few and you are looking at 1200 watts.
