Day trader system

My brother is giving me a 1500.00 budget to build him another trading computer with dual displays. I built him one a little over 5 years ago and he wants another newer one that will last him as long or longer than the other one. He also does some light 3d cad stuff and some art work on it as well plus he will also use it as a TV for the office. Here is my list, double check my specs.

$1454.00 with shipping

I'd go with a less powerful video card and 4 more gigs of ram. A 4670 would be plenty strong enough for that use.

Make sure that ram is on the QVL.

sounds good, that would put me at 1496.00. The ram is on the qvl list, I did check that
