I/O Panel & MB Fit
I have aligned the holes on the MB with the holes in the case chassis. But when I inserted the I/O panel the holes are slightly out of alignment. I can probably put some pressure on the MB to bring the holes back in alignment but do not want to stress it. There is a bit of insulation on the back of the I/O panel but I think that should remain in place. Any solutions?

In my calmer moments I call this the "nothing quite fits" syndrome.
My solution is to make sure the I/O panel and motherboard fit correctly and then to screw the motherboard to the stand-off loosely at one or two points. I emphasize loosely because you'll be moving the board just slightly as you add the other screws. That done, everything screwed in loosely and aligned? Check the I/O panel again and, if you're good to go, tighten the screws firmly. You now have a properly installed, unstressed, motherboard.

Sounds like a good solution. Thank you.

You *ARE* using standoffs, correct? The board does not just screw down to the pan.
