£300-£400 build for Windows 7 and The Sims 3

Hi, building a computer for the kids and would like Windows 7 as the OS. Would like it for games, mainly The Sims 3. I understand the CPU is most important for The Sims games. Would like it to have enough headroom for future The Sims 3 expansion packs.

Price isn't including Windows 7, etc. Do not need DVD drive as I have one here.

Order is via Overclockers UK.

The HD4850 needs at least a 450w PSU. would look for something in the 500w range.
Also, look to WD for the harddrive, the Black edition if within your budget.

Was thinking of getting this:

Palit GeForce GT 240 1024MB GDDR3 PCI-Express Graphics Card [NEAT2400FHD01]

I don't think The Sims 3 requires much of a video card and it's on a 1280x1024 monitor too.
