Is IDE required?
I have Asus P5W DH Deluxe motherboard
I have 3 sata drives Every time i start my pc, i got the message IDE not found then it continue booting My question is, Is IDE requried? can i use only SATA? if yes, how can i remove this warning thank you. |

No...IDE isn't required...
What OS are you using? Are you gettting the error Before or After the OS loads? |

Go into the bios and disable the IDE controllers.

I run windows 7 and before that i had windows XP and had the same problem
the error is before OS loads. |

By not doing what glc suggests, you might as well use your computer as a boat anchor.

No, not at all - you will just have to deal with the bootup delay and warning like you have been.
