New Motherboard having errors

Ok so my previous MB was a P5K-SE which i have had for over a year and a half before it broke. So i went out and bought a P5Q SE2 to replace it. It was only $75.

I took the graphics card and cpu and everything out, and put them on the new MB, making sure everything was in the right spot.

When i turned on the computer the first thing i noticed was that i couldn't hit Delete to go to the setup because the keyboard wasn't being recognized, then i get the message come up

"Keyboard/Interface Error
NO Keyboard Detected !
Chassis intruded !
USB Device Over Current Status Detected !!
System Will Shut Down After 15 Seconds."

Please help, i have gone threw the MB's manual but i cant find what would be causing this.
thanks.
