Do these upgrades work together?

Wanting to upgrade the machine listed below in my signature. Will all this work good together?
Gaming is my main concern but I don't want to spend a fortune for cutting edge, just want to play COD Modern Warfare 2 decently.
What about a power supply? I would like one big enough to handle possible future video card upgrades.
I would like a bigger HD but I don't know which one.
I am planning on getting Windows7 home premium.
Thanks for helping!
Robert

Thanks for the help! I'm really "uneducated" when it comes to video cards
