I'm not the most knowledgeable around here (by a long shot) but here's what I threw together for you.
That's assuming you need a complete system, including monitor, keyboard, mouse, and OS.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115202
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227424
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814161301 (X2 if you want to do crossfire)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129043
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106254 (you don't really need blu ray, but with that budget, why not?)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136284 (as many as you want)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824254040
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16823114004 (really, anything you want from here down)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16826153048

you'd also probably want a good aftermarket heatsink, so you can overclock that bad boy, but I REALLY don't know much about heatsinks, so i'll let someone else recommend one

that whole thing comes out to $2,100 or so and it's quite a beast.

oops, forgot the OS. pick any version of windows 7 you desire~$120

Give us more info on what you plan to use it for. You do not need to go to 2K to build a good PC. With current prices you can get a pretty good system for 800-1000. If you are looking for top-end gaming power then it takes more to get the fastest video cards etc. Also are you in the USA because that makes a big difference on where you get parts and what you have to pay for them.

As for systempat question, yea im atm living in USA and I would like to get best thing available for the mentioned price. And I will use this PC on top-end gaming.
Bw iv read somewhere in order the get best performence from HD drives I need alteast 3 or more in RAID 0 configuration. So is that true ?
As for over-clocking, I dont know how but im willing to learn.
( srr for spelling its not my mother language).
Thanks guys for your help.

Raid 0 can be a bit faster than a single drive, maybe 20%. Today's drives are plenty fast and you don't have to worry about losing everything if you crash a drive in a RAID 0 setup. And for gaming, the video card is the deciding factor in the speed of a game.

Ok guys i got a few more questions.
So iv been looking for what Drosenthal suggested and come up few questions.
First what difference between these processors http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115202 Intel Core i7-920
and
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103727 AMD Phenom II X4 965.
Second for this this and in keeping in mind i will try to OC it someday, do I need to buy cooler ? If yes what kind ?
`And is there anything better then what Drosenthal suggested for the mentioned price.
Thanks again guys for your help

For right now, would try just only one of the 5970 cards. It should run most any game at high rates. If you feel the need for more speed, your rig should be ready to add a 2nd card in Crossfire with no addtional parts.

The Hanns-G monitor appears to be geared to TV with HDMI only video and built in speakers though people say it works as a gamer. The Dell has higher contrast and brightness ratios hense the higher price.
Either ram package would be OK if they are on the Asus QVL list for that board. And if you look at the specs of the motherboard, both of those ram kits would need to be OC to work. The standard speed is DDR3 1333
