I would change the motherboard to an Asus P7P55D (NO need for one more expensive than this), ensure the ram is on the QVL, and change the hard drive to a WD Black. If you want a Nvidia video card, I'd get a 200 series, not a 9000 series. Cases are personal preference, but I prefer the quality of Antec and Coolermaster cases.

Oh yeah, i forgot i needed a monitor that's $130-150, Keyboards, mouse, and speakers. An that's about it.
