Intial Boot Up no Screnn to configure BIOs
Hello this is a first time builder here but I just finished assembling my computer everything is in and I connected it to the moniter which is my TV screen. Well all the fans turn on but all the screen does is blink from blue to black wondering if anyone has any ideas what the problem maybe? The Bios config screen doesn't come up so wondering if it maybe a grounding issue help would be apprecieated.
