Looks good to me. I didn't see a huge price difference in memory for the 1333 so I would use that. I prefer muskin memory but it is a little more money and the timings are great if your overclocking. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...871&Tpk=996657.
I think your list is excellent. My buddy is a big AMD fan and that is his board, he loves it... He brags about it and AMD every time I see him.
