Bootup Problems, needs help!

Guys here is my problem, I recently switched to a new case, the NZXT Alpha, and I had problem starting the computer itself.

The fans, which include side panel LED, back side 120MM, and CPU fan all turns on and off and on and off after I press the Power Switch.

I double checked the mobo front panel plugs to make sure I plugged them in right, and it was.

I switched back to my old case and it did the same thing again, on and off and on and off

Then I switched PSU to see if that was the problem, but it wasn't

My only resolve is the motherboard issue, can any of you guys guide me on this?
