component list - any opinions welcome

Hello all, great forum, I look forward to contributing. I've come up with this parts list. I'm fairly confident with it, but its my first build so any advice would be great. This isn't a gaming machine, just general use. I don't really have a specific question, just a quick second-opinion.

Welcome to pcmech, your list looks good however I highly recomend you add a video card for windows 7.
The machine will do ok without one but to get the best performance a video card will give you its full potential even though you are not gaming.
An ATI 4350 or an Nvidia GT210 will do the trick.
Not sure why you are going with 64 bit, do you plan on upgrading it later to a gaming rig or a graphics or video production rig and adding more than 4GB memory? If not don't waste your time with 64 bit, 32 bit always has better compatiblity with software in general.
