Why not just use youtube? Or vimeo?

What information are you looking for connected to setting up a hypothetical video site?

A server board is a must.
For storage, I'd get an 8-port or 16-port Adaptec RAID card and fill it with the largest matched set of RAID-optimized drives affordable. You will need a server-based O/S to accommodate the large RAID array. For the O/S I'd use two 250GB drives, mirrored off using the motherboard RAID controller If it's *strictly* streaming, I'd go with a lower class CPU. If the server will be responsible for processing and converting, I'd go with a powerful Quad Core. Fill up the RAM to 8GB Full-size tower to accommodate the drives You'd also have to think about a backup solution if one is not already in place. |

Well that's fairly off topic, however if you game a lot and would prefer a more comfortable mouse then yes it's more suitable for you to buy a new mouse. To me, all it depends on for mice is 2 things.
1. Comfortable 2. Does what a mouse is supposed to do. Move the cursor.

You don't need a video card at all for a server. Get a server motherboard with onboard video.

Since I'm thinking this is related to your video website question, I'm going to combine it there.
In short, pcmech, or most any website, is hosted on a web server, not a home PC. There's usually different hardware and software inside. |

This website is running on more than one computer, they are in a datacenter at a commercial host.

No, you want to use multiple server-duty hard drives on a RAID controller, probably RAID 5. Examples are WD RE and Seagate ES2.
