PC for Church AV

I'm looking to build a PC for church AV use. I would like to stay under $800 (including monitor)

It will be used primarily to record audio from mixer board and also to display visual aids to a project, (this will occur simultaneously so several process hogs might be running at same time)

I built a PC three years ago and haven’t kept up on things since then, so I would like some recommendations on processors, motherboards, sound card, and video card.

I’m thinking that the video card is not a super-crucial, because it will be used for video output almost exclusively. I could be wrong and feel free to correct me if I am.

On the soundcard, quality and the correct input types are important, (preferably RCA or something better)

And the processor I’m way behind on the new stuff, AMD or Intel?? Quadcore? What do you recommend?

Thanks,
Jake

For 3 video outputs, could do a motherboard with onboard video and get a basic video card with duel outputs.

I would recommend two PCs to offset the load...one for projecting, one for recording. That should simplify things considerably and reduce the cost for another PC.
