First off, you'll find that cheap is not recommended here but, best bang for the buck....
That said, give exactly what you're looking for and a budget and the experts will advise.

OK...List your complete spec's on the system you're wanting to up grade.....eg.
If it is a Brand name comp..Name and Model, if custom build, Current MBO..CPU..PSU

I wouldn't touch that bundle with a 10 foot pole. The brand of the motherboard is not identified.

Why do you think you need an upgrade? What is your system not doing that you want it to do? How much is your upgrade budget?

well my computer is now very slow in loading pages and now im into downloading alot of films so obviously going to increase the hard drive.
also another big thing is ive got the bug and would like to achieve building a new pc (box) as im not sure any of the parts i have are even worth putting in a new set up.
my price range would be about £300 could possibly stretch a bit further but only if need be
thanks

do you think this would be any better?

If it's slow, first thing I'd do is run malware scans and anti-virus scans.

Do you currently have any software like that installed?

We usually recommend a battery of scans using malwarebytes, spybot, and AVG.

Asrock is rubbish. If you are going to build, do it right. Clean up what you have and save some more money till you can afford a full build with quality components.
